Flat Planning & Design Fee
Every great party starts with a solid plan and a little creative magic. Our planning and design fee ranges from $800–$4,000 based on the scope and complexity of your event. This fee is typically confirmed during your discovery call prior to booking, so you’ll know exactly what to expect from the start.
20% Commission
We handle the nitty-gritty booking & communicating with vendors as well as gathering supplies at a 20% commission for our expert coordination.
Flat Rate for Day of Set-Up, Breakdown, and Event Coordination
Our team jumps in to set up, break down, and keep the party flowing smoothly, starting at $650 for up to 8 hours of service (yes, we work magic). Additional time needed will be an hourly rate starting at $85/hour.
Travel Fees
For trips outside of South Tampa we charge $2.25/mile per trip.
Minimum Investment
To ensure every event gets the attention and quality it deserves, we require a minimum budget staring at $6,000.
